* From Frank's blue post: "M has bud" = Ministers have the budget; "Baz in Bag" = Barzani in Baghdad; "bud in house" = budget in House; this is Frank's manner of communicating with his teams, and the short-hand is to get the communication out quickly, and also to guard it

* From My Ladies email, the budget is in the house, and in Frank's opinion they still need to read it, and may take a couple of weeks to pass the budget, however we have seen oil tankers leave so perhaps they are already operating under the budget but it is not yet visible; in Frank's opinion, perhaps in the next couple of weeks we will see more of the budget; the MR is moving forward

Chances are good that you'll know when the TRNs are viable (I'm not even saying "live" because we know they are!) along with the rest of us immediately! Maybe TONIGHT.

J Star Here is my question. The IQN and the VNN have the potential for a contract rate from the one of the chosen Big Five Banks. The ZIM and the IDR has no contract, Can you exchange the ZIM and the IDR any bank or foreign exchange center at any time during the exchange process. And also can the ZIM and the IDR accounts intermingle. Thank you : )

Sunshine62 > J Star You may exchange the Zim and IDR at any exchange center that accepts those 2 currencies...WF is going to accept them. The reason the Dinar was to be kept in a separate account was the taxation was to be different on that currency. I see no reason why you cannot intermingle the other currencies.

LVegas Do we know yet if #1) have to pay fee to the bank to do our exchange? #2) Pay a Capital Gains tax, whether short-term or long-term? #3) Pay high Federal Tax on our exchange? And rumor was out there all we had was a possible 14% exchange fee/exchange tax and that was it.

When I was a young boy, my father had one of the first telephones in our neighborhood. I remember the polished, old case fastened to the Wall. The shiny receiver hung on the side of the box.

I was too little to reach the telephone, but used to listen with fascination when my mother talked to it.

Then I discovered that somewhere inside the wonderful device lived an amazing person. Her name was "Information Please" and there was nothing she did not know.

"Information Please" could supply anyone's number and the correct time.

It looks to me like the Cabal still wants to stall but that is just my opinion after almost 30 years of beating up devils. They are lying things. They do the same things over and over because their master is fallen and cut off from creative thought.

OK PLAN A everything goes the way it's supposed to go. The Cabal goes away we get exchanged some with a group rate if you're in a group and if not you still get International exchange rates with new asset backed currency.

PLAN B the Cabal is forced out, BRICS kick them out, Petrodollar is toast, Cabal exposed for the criminals they are, we get paid eventually with an International rate as these demons bite the dust.

Then eventually America gets a reset. I like PLAN A.

I expect these demons to do what demons do, Lie, Lie, Lie!!!!!! That is their nature.

POLITICS Poly means many and a tick is a blood sucking parasite.

You can keep your plan if you like it, LOL.

So over the weekend we hear about a big upcoming meeting to be held this week in Badgdad between the council on ministers (Abadi's cabinet) and the Kurds. So what's up with this?

So now it looks like Abadi's Council of Ministers held an extraordinary meeting either on Sunday (yesterday) or Monday (today) to discuss the budget and the salaries of the Kurdistan region. They want to hold this meeting before Tuesday when Abadi will convene the regular session of the Council, "adding that" it is possible to hold a special meeting on budget and other issues. The Kurdish delegation arrived in Baghdad on Saturday to begin the meeting so I know it is taking place as scheduled. They will discuss with Abadi the outstanding issues between the government and the region.
