Friends Group hosts Holiday Party
The Doorways Friends Group, Friends in Deed, hosted a holiday party for members of our Family Residential Program. The group provided pizza, fruit salad and soda for dinner and an Indian Fusion A Capella group from St. Louis University provided the carols. There were tons of smiles, laughter and hand clapping! After dinner each client, regardless of age, received a gift. The excitement was palpable. Nothing can replace the smile of a child receiving a gift! Thank you to all who made the event a success. For information on the Friends Group email Jim Timmerberg. |

We are honored and thankful for all Andy and his mom have done to help the clients and mission of Doorways.

Be a Bridge to Hope and Home
Many of you have received our winter appeal in your mailbox. Inside we shared the story of Scott who, in a thank you note to staff, described Doorways as a bridge that helps him and other clients. It is important that we let YOU know that your donations are helping to provide bridges. If you have not mailed in your holiday gift to Doorways yet, there is still time. You may also donate online at www.doorwayshousing.org/donate. Thank you for your support!
