The 11th Annual Swing'n by the Sea

At the beginning of October, the eleventh annual Swing'n by the Sea golf outing was held in Atlantic City, NJ.

After dinner at the Borgata's Fornelletto, the foursomes gathered for a round of golf at the Atlantic City Country Club the next morning.

Changes to Reaction / Distillation

After many dedicated years of service, two stills in our reaction and distillation room have been retired. In their place we have purchased two new stills; D8 and D9. D9 is a jacketed 200 gallon still and will be enhanced with agitation.

D8 is a jacketed 66 gallon still and has been dressed up with all new receivers, columns, water separators, and piping. Unlike D5, it's predecessor, D8 will have a fresh automated controls system, complete with new HMI graphics for monitoring current conditions, inputting operation recipes, viewing temperature and vacuum trends, and manual control of the system components.

NAFFS Conference

Earlier this month Steve Somers Sr. attended the NAFFS Conference in Naples, Florida, where he spoke about regulatory related issues.

The constant running around of all our team members to make the magic happen of getting our customer's shipments out on the same day they place their order.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I like to play basketball and watch plenty of sports on ESPN.

Can you share an interesting fact about yourself?

I actually became a Broncos fan because of watching John Elway's Nestle Crunch commercials when I was a kid.
