Bootcamp (3)
This early AM class will get you moving using plyometric, total body movements and cardio blasts.
Spin (2,3)
Your instructor will take you on a ride from sprints, flat rides to hill climbing that is guaranteed to make your heart pump.
Abs-olutly Spin (2,3)
Workout with your spin class for 45 min and the last 15 minutes will work on core strengthening moves
Quick Spin (2,3)
This 30min class will get your heart pumping to burn calories in a quick 30 minute workout
Yoga (1)
Help your body with muscle relaxation and lengthening, stress relief and breathe control.
Body Fit (2,3)
Intervals of cardio and weights will help you to burn more calories in less time all while strengthening and conditioning the body.
Power Pump (1,2)
Utilizing weight bars, hand weights and resistance bands, this class will strengthen and build muscle. Muscle Up!!! This is a lifting and strengthening class only, no cardio here.
Butts-n-Gutts (1,2)
Firm up and strengthen your core and rear.
TBC (2,3)
Total Body Conditioning will hit every area of the body with combinations of weights and cardio moves.
Senior Strength (1)
Focusing on functional training, we will work on balance improvement and strength for a complete workout
Fitness class levels:
1-low intensity and/or low impact
2-moderate intensity and/or moderate impact
3- high intensity and/or high impact
Youth Fitness:
Tumble Time
Children ages 3-5 will enjoy working on gross motor skills through active play, dancing, music, games as well as cooperation and teamwork
Kids CRX Fit
Mondays Grades 2, 3, 4 Thursdays Grades 5, 6, 7
Girls and boys will love this class that is based on interval training. Working hard will be made fun by achieving personal goals and accomplishments.
