Sixth Annual Community Mitzvah Day Sunday, November 9 ~ 9:00 am

A Day of Service for Gainesville

The Jewish Council of North Central Florida, in partnership with Chabad and Hillel at UF, Congregation B'nai Israel and Temple Shir Shalom, is excited to announce our biggest community Mitzvah Day yet! Students, children, seniors, and everyone in between, will be working together to heal the world and our local community in a day of service.

Below is the list of projects for the day. Click on the hyperlink (in blue) for the project that you wish to volunteer for. To help avoid confusion, please do not register for more than one activity. If you are able, feel free to donate supplies needed for as many projects as you would like to support! In many cases, gently used clothing and other items are critical!

For more information about Mitzvah Day projects and donations, please contact JCNCF Community Engagement Associate, Damien Boada at 352.371.3846 or office@jcncf.org.
