As we enjoy the holiday season, it's a good opportunity to think about all of the great things that took place last month.
American Fine Sinter announced the largest investment of the year with a $16 million expansion, which will doubling the size of their North American headquarters. JT's Catawba Cafe announced a new downtown location, and Mr. Hero announced they were also coming to Tiffin. The downtown Tiffin Facade Enhancement Program continued to spur private investment.

1. SCORE - the Northwest Ohio Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) provides small business classes and mentorship through the 11,000+ member network.
2. Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) - provides businesses assistance in how to successfully find and compete for federal, state, and local government contracts.
3. Manufacturing & Technology SBDC (MTSBDC) - based out of the Toledo Chamber, provides manufacturers with fewer than 50 employees advice and assistance in a variety of areas.
4. Workers' Comp Training Center - located in the Columbus area, this Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation center offers free training and materials in the areas of safety and hygiene.
5. Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC) - this nonprofit outreach center of Kent State University offers free advice and assistance in succession planning, selling companies to the employees, avoiding shutdowns, and existing employee-owned companies
