Module 1:  Retail Sales and Service 1 
12pm - 2pm

This introductory course begins with the basics of establishing customer rapport by focusing on the right first impression and avoiding the deadly, "I'm just looking", customer response. It examines greetings, body language, and interpersonal communication skills. Relationships within the sales team and with customers are improved by understanding the differing behavior styles of people, thereby improving the changes for moving from window-shopping to closing a sale.

Module 2:  Retail Sales and Service 2 
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Participants become more aware of the importance of best practice sales techniques. Learn how to effectively:
  • Address customers' needs
  • Present product features and benefits
  • Overcome objections
  • Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle differing customer purchasing styles and showrooming 
Module 3:  Managing Your Sales Team 
5 pm -7 pm

This class, for business owners and store managers, focuses on how to manage, coach and develop your sales team. Concepts from the  Retail Sales and Service classes are explained, along with techniques for reinforcing and sustaining the coursework.
