This is a busy time for all as we wind down the year.  Don't forget your yoga practice if you caught in the hustle and bustle of the season!

We are excited to have Angela add another class - Monday Slow Flow Vinyasa at 6pm.  She's also offering a Winter Solstice Class on December 21 from 1-2:45pm
