We have closed out the first six months of the year, the winter blast is long gone in the rear view mirror and now the summer heat is upon us. You can almost make a correlation to this years markets, started out cold, than warmed up and now......Well time will tell, but clearly the markets are looking for some type of direction. As we had stated with our mid-year letter, we are holding onto our current allocations, but are looking for signs that would make us implement any change.

We have our big mid-year event next week and we have only 10 spots left. So if you haven't signed make sure you do before you miss out on what should be a great afternoon. Also feel free to bring a friend!

Crab Cake Sliders

One of the best things about living on the Eastern Shore is the never ending supply of crabs. You would have to pick a lot of crab meat to make these sliders BUT this time of year their are roadside vendors, local crabbers and watermen, selling crab meat and they've done all the work! These sliders take a little work but are well worth it. They serve great as an appetizer or heavy Hor D' Oeuvres.
