   We are very excited to announce some awesome new classes and training times starting Wednesday, September 17th!  These classes are open to all ABMA students, who want to take their martial arts to a whole 'nuther level!  You can see the new Class Schedule on our website, and a downloadable version is available in the Member's Only section.

New Sparring & Drills Classes Every Wednesday Night!

  I am very excited about the new class times and training opportunities for everyone on Wednesday nights!  The new schedule will allow all student's to develop their skills and have a blast doing it! 
  • 6:00-6:30pm - Youth (12 & Under) Sparring
  • 6:30-7:00pm - Sparring Skills & Drills (All Ages)
  • 7:00-8:00pm - Adult (13 & Up) Sparring

   Sparring Classes will give student's of all ages and abilities the chance to learn how to apply their martial arts techniques in a very safe and controlled environment.  Student's will learn to problem solve, while building confidence in their abilities, self-esteem and camaraderie.

 

   The Skills & Drills Class will focus on the building blocks of sparring - technical ability and conditioning!  We will teach all students how to expand their skill base and apply their martial arts techniques - great for everyone from the beginner to the professional!  A must attend class for all serious practitioner!
