BEIJING -- As the U.S. Congress failed to incorporate the International Monetary Fund reform package of November 2010 into its budget legislation, the IMF quota and governance reforms are once again stalled.

Ms. Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of the IMF, indicated in a statement that the board would meet next month to weigh "alternative options" to the four-year-old reform plan and ensure that the IMF has adequate resources.

Imagine if you had a child that was in custody ...foster care ...and your house was being taken away by a bank and you are under a bankruptcy and being monitored by courts.

This is kind of like what the United States of America is under. Just because somebody said

"let's just be done with you" you still have the legal right while you are parent ...while you are the owner of the home and until you have missed your last payment , and the second to the last payment, and a judge takes all rights away from you.

Ok, no one seems to want to bring up what was discussed last night....wonder why.....crazy good news it was....crazy

Am I excited...well to put it one way.....YES!!

We are seeing the GOI and the CBI coming together.....they have committee work that is going on to tweak the MR (Monetary Reform) or the ER (Economic Reform) which ever you want to call it.....they are meeting, they met last week on Wednesday....that was reported here if you remember.....

The CBI is ready....but we know they have been ready for a long time.....

JC Collins JANUARY 13, 2015 AT 2:14 AM It's not mans soul that is corrupted. Its the manifestation of the spirit in the physical world which is a corruption of the process. Gold is physical.

It's the physical manifestation of the sun, or the source, if you will. The rediscovery of the source is the alchemical process of turning a base metal (you) into gold (the esoteric source you).

As such, physical gold represents man's subconscious desire to find a short cut back to the source without having to do the hard work associated with character development and virtue.

Thus, our fascination and obsession with gold from the beginning. It represents the corrupted version of the source here in the physical world. Gold is not the answer. It's a trick to ensure each cycle completes.

So predictable are the desires of man. Collapse of a fiat system ensures a rush back into gold so the process of corruption can begin again. I'm yet to find my true character and virtue, but I plead with all who read this to think on what I'm stating. There is nothing new under (or around) this star.

We have generations to go before mass awareness reaches the required boundaries of conscious extrapolation. These same problems will persist for centuries after we have all gone. The least we can do is leave something of consequence behind.

Of course this is IMO, but since the Budgets language states they can change the rate at any time, I tend to think the rate would be revealed first then the budget... What do you think?

Evidence of counterfeiting found......gold helps to hold Iraq strong for the time being.....the budget DRAFT is passed back to Finance Committee and should be voted on next week (Tuesday)....corruption may be found within the CBI.....

COM was busy today in their weekly meeting.....judge for yourself what is seen and believed as truth at this point.....

We are on a fast track I think.....but don't expect a new rate to appear in the budget regardless of when it is published.
