We believe that the stall had something to do with the kurds asking for a higher percentage on the hcl as the stall tactic

All make sense right? First you get your dictator out of there. Then you get your cabinet formed to everyone's liking. Took some work but, done.

Then you deal with the mess your dictator made and fight a bunch of JackWagons, heal damaged international relationships and unite the rest of the world with you.

Then you declare zero policy on corruption, get the half crooks to tattle on the big ones. Get them all played out against each other, and by doing that, show your suppressed countrymen that you really want to heal the country. They respond and talks resume for the first time in 8 years.

Poppy3 : IN REGARDS TO THE 2014 BUDGET, IT WAS SATISFIED AND APPROVED COMPLETE THREE WEEKS AGO.

THERE WERE SEVERAL NEWS ARTICLES THAT CLEARLY STATED THEY WERE COMPLETING AND FUNDING SOME FEW PROJECTS THAT WHERE ALREADY STARTED AND FUNDED WITHIN THE 2014 BUDGET WITH BORROWED MONIES AND ALL REMAINING PROJECTS WOULD BE MOVED TO THE 2015 BUDGET FOR PASSING AND THE 2015 BUDGET

(THIS WAS A EFFORT TO SPEED THINGS UP) WOULD BE AMENDED AND APPROVED IN THE NEXT COUPLE WEEKS. THOSE WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND THE 2015 BUDGET IS IN THE PM HANDS TO BE VOTED ON THIS WEEK.

Jubouri: Parliament will begin the legislative recess tomorrow for the late arrival of the budget

[tlm724] that the first legislative term holiday will begin on Monday, for a period of one month, and in attributing the cause to "delayed Cabinet to send financial budget law for 2015,

IN REVIEW, THE PAST WEEK HAS BEEN ALMOST UNBELIEVABLE. WE HAVE SEEN THE GOI TELL US THAT THEY WOULD ADDRESS LAWS THAT DEAL WITH ECONOMIC, JUDICIAL, OIL AND GAS, BANKING REFORM AND ALL OTHER REMAINING LAWS INCLUDING THE BUDGET.

THEY DELIVERED! WE HAVE SEEN THEM JUMP INTO AMENDING THE INVESTMENT LAW AND ADDRESSING CONCERNS OF THE ECONOMIC SECTOR.

NEXT WE SAW THEM ADDRESS THE JUDICIAL LAWS BY EVIDENCE OF STARTING WITH A ROAD MAP OF NATIONAL RECONCILIATION.

WE ARE SEEING THE EARLY SIGNS OF THAT ROADMAP BEGIN TO UNFOLD. FIRST WE SEE THE CORRUPT HEAD JUDGE THAT MALIKI WOULD ALWAYS GO TO IF HE WANTED TO FALSELY IMPRISON SOMEONE BE EXPELLED! WOW!
