irrelevant111 The Grand Design -- As we attempt to understand n adapt, one thing is certain, nothing is set in stone. There are grand works in play for those of power, yet they have been held in check to some extent.

As we gaze on the field of view, ME, Africa, Ukraine, etc... It becomes clear who is disrupting world peace. I leave it to those on this blog to decide.

What i do see is the Bear n Dragon doing much to establish balance in some respect n r playing the game more efficiently than the west. Mr. Putins recent speech on youtube is a testament to their strategy. Remember the art of war, Sun Tsu speaks volumes.

The well defined plan of the central banks have flaws that hopefully will become their downfall as time moves on. Always remember the flaw in man, EGO. Lets hope for balance as we seek truth n justice. Best to All

Fighting ISIS : Sandfly has patrolled the air for Kurdish fighters from Iraq begin entering the Syrian border town of Kobani to join the fight against the ISIS terror group.

Britain based Syrian observatory for human rights says 10 vehicles carrying Iraqi peshmerga fighters have crossed the Turkey - Syria border.

ISIS launched its attack on Kobani in mid September, causing more than 200,000 people to flee to Turkey. More than 800 people have died in the fighting between ISIS and Kurdish forces.

UN says growing numbers of foreigners joining terror groups are terrifying. 15,000 from Europe and US and West. This is an evidence war on terror is not over.

Tx721 Sir, If this is out of the hands of humans, are we still waiting on the algorithm to arrive from east to west??

I'm still so confused, is it possible there is a high-tech computer glitch??

Why is it I can send a e-mail half way around the world in seconds on my 6 year old home pc, but a algorithm send from a high-tech state of the art computer is still traveling toward its destination for days??? This has me so confused.

I just want to comment on the 2 things from your post:

1) No "BREATHING PERSON" knows the exact date & rate.

- There has to be a PERSON or a Group of people that are running or in control of this thing. Isn't there? Are these algorithms in total control, or some machine?

I hope not. We're not expecting the date and rate to be some kind of random selection fallen out of the sky. (Well, if it's a gift from God, I guess you could say it is.) But you know what I mean.

2) I thought Iraq's fiscal year is the calendar year - Jan 1 to Dec. 31 per the CIA Fact Book

Or does their fiscal year begin when they open the budget? We've seen this bit of confusion every year.

IT SEEMS THERE IS SOME CONFUSION, FRUSTRATION AND SADNESS AND THAT IS DISHEARTENING TO SEE.

TO BE TOTALLY HONEST WITH YOU FOLKS I'M SITTING BACK TOTALLY RELAXED SIPPING ON TEA AND HAVE BEEN ENJOYING THE QUIET ALL DAY FOR THE FIRST DAY THIS WEEK. FAMILY, THERE IS NOTHING LEFT TO DO.

WATCHING PAINT DRY IS BORING AND FRUSTRATING BUT THAT IS WHAT I FEEL WE HAVE BEEN DOING ALL WEEK. WHY ARE WE SO RELAXED BECAUSE THIS REFORM IS ON AUTO PILOT. IT IS JUST A PROCESS THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A PULSE AND HEART BEAT.
