While you are reaching for your dongs, I have to say I feel that we are in a very interesting period of some kind. We usually get news of a longer wait right away.

In the past it seemed like the length and breadth of delays was always so clear as to be easily reconnoitered so that forecasts of zero movement were an easy call and very accurate as we can attest to in hindsight.

At the present there seems to be a different feel or vibe to the dicta from the dais. There is a certain je ne sais quoi to the present. I know some of you are probably thinking, "It's the NDA, dummy".

maxm2014 says: Hi All. Just a quick FYI from my experience. While you cannot buy Dong from B of A they do purchase it. I compared their buy rate to my purchase price from People's bank at todays rate and the difference was exactly 25% (fee if you will).

While I also found it strange (delightfully) that while B of A does not sell Dong they do purchase it, albeit a 25% hit. My thinking is Banks do everything for a profit. So while not a seller of Dong it appears they are gearing up to profit from something (hopefully).

I do have accounts at both places but was concerned People's Bank was not a big enough player to participate. Finding out B of A is actually buying I feel I can rest a little now as there are NO other big 5 banks in my neck of the woods.

Poppy3: THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THAT RATE IS IT DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH VALUE FOR THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ TO GAIN CONFIDENCE IN THEIR DINAR TO STOP USING THE USD.

FURTHERMORE IT IS NOT NEAR ENOUGH TO FULFILL THE BUDGET OR TO FUND THE HCL .

THESE THREE THINGS ALONE TELLS ME IT WILL BE HIGHER THAN ONE TO ONE.

I ALSO POINT OUT ANYONE INVOLVED OR IN THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE THAT CHANGE HAS NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT 1 TO 1 OR A LOW RATE PERIOD.

ONLY PEOPLE MAKING THEIR SUGGESTIONS HAVE ALLUDED TO 1 TO 1 POSSIBILITIES.

Gazza says: Hey Tony Thanks for reply but sorting a long relationship obviously cannot be done with a new major bank between now and the rv.

My existing bank doesnt do dongs so i had to get new one elsewhere but of course they dont know me. Even my old bank doesnt "know" me, we are all just numbers on a database somewhere.

But I have no choice and prob not the only one on here who has had to open a new bank account. So I have my paperwork in order as much as possible but I am a new face in a new bank with no history. Nothing I can do.

Although I find it a bit far fetched a major bank would only query a new customer showing sudden large funds. I think they will suspend all people no matter how long they've been a customer.

OK Lets deal with Currency, Banking and Guru confusion. Sam Elliot is on board with the T Shirts. ] Forex is a special business. A few bucks is one thing, but in Millions it needs professional handling.

Many seem to be clutching these notes, without Banks able to handle such Forex Exchanges. So, when they approach a smaller State Bank with what appears to them to be Jungle Bunny ,paper, confusion will rule.

1.See if they have a Major Correspondent Bank able to handle them for you - Ask.

2. If not, and for most who do not have major accounts, you will need to open an account with a major. You cant walk in off the street with millions, no track record and no provenance of such notes. Sitting there with a dumb * look when the questions start will keep Sam Elliot busy for months.

So please, if you have done no homework or created a brief overview of the audit trail to have the bankers, wear the T Shirt when they ask - What can we do for you?, and what creeps out is - Aaahhh wannt Maah lick. Lol

House of Representatives is hosting the finance ministers and the oil and Planning 30 October 0.2014

[tlm724] The Council voted to extend the first legislative chapter for one month starting from 1-11 until 1-12 within the powers granted to the presidency of the parliament.

For his part, Mr. al-Jubouri called for parliamentary committees to speed up the resolution of the presidencies of deputies and parliamentary committees and rapporteurs as soon as possible.

I HAVE BEEN SILENT AS OTHERS HAS BEEN PROVIDING INFORMATION THAT I HAVE READ AND GENERALLY SPEAKING WAS CORRECT MOST OF THE TIME. I THINK NOW I SHOULD RECOGNIZE THOSE WHO IS CONTRIBUTING SO MUCH AND WE ALL SHOULD THANK THEIR TIRELESS ENDEAVORS.
