Things at King's Summer Edition
Classes begin September 4th

We hope everyone enjoyed the summer break, and that you're ready for your first week of classes! This issue includes details about bus passes, registering for courses, scholarship opportunities, and O-Week activities.

Bus passes 

Full time students must be in a full course load to be able to pick up their student card. Bus passes can be picked up at Western starting Sunday, August 31st in the Mustang Lounge, UCC.

Registering for courses

Add/Drop Dates
  • If you are a scholarship recipient, please make sure you are meeting all of your requirements before using add/drop. 
  • Web registration from classes will remain open until September 10th at 11:59 p.m.
  • Paper add/drop for King's courses will be open September 11-12th, from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Access your Student Center for add/drop.

Course Registration Requirements
Students at King's must fulfill course registration requirements: 
  • Full time students must take 3 credits at King's
  • Part time students must take half of their course load at King's

Timetable Changes
Please check your Student Center for the most recent classroom allocations and timetable changes. Classrooms may have changed since you selected your courses.

The Orientation Pass is your ticket to Western's Orientation Week with full access to all events. The week will feature concerts, dances, carnival, Varsity games, faculty events, residence events, and more, including Western's OneLove Rally!
