What is Executive Orientation?
Since 1997, the Executive Orientation (XO) program has been helping senior-level executives from corporate, non-profit, and government to collaborate with others and understand the relevant issues, concerns, politics and dynamics of our region.
XO is a 4-session program that meets weekly from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., starting on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. The class will be exposed to a wealth of knowledge including expert speakers, tours, discussions, and an exploration into focused leadership topics.

About the Leadership Center
The Leadership Center is home to both Leadership Greater New Haven (LGNH) and Executive Orientation (XO).  These two unique programs offer aspiring community leaders a series of practical hands-on intensive training in professional development and education in social and economic issues.
