Welcome Letter From
Florida CCIM Chapter President Randy Krise, CCIM

Dear Friends,

Welcome!  I have had a lot of exciting assignments in my life, many on teams made up of educated, ethical, determined professionals.  This year is no different.

As your 2015 CCIM Florida Chapter President, I am honored to lead an association and board of directors that is one of the world's strongest.

For over 40 years, the Florida Chapter of the CCIM Institute has strived to advance professionalism in our industry through market leadership, superior education and networking.  I am amazed how much is accomplished each year by the dedicated volunteers who lead us in our eight districts and statewide, and I am proud to say that membership in the Florida Chapter has more value than ever.

As your 2015 Florida Chapter President, I am committed to building on this value by intergrading the new Site to Do Business tools offered through the institute; improving our new statewide website; continue our successful designation promotion initiatives; and growing dynamic networking opportunities for members statewide.

Don't take my word for it -- join us in Orlando on January 22nd and 23rd as we kick off the New Year with gusto.  Just log into www.FLCCIM.com and register for our upcoming Winter Meetings and programs.  From the latest on drones to insights on deals, we are packing this conference with tools to help you have an incredible 2015.

While on the website, check out our many resources and click on our Statewide Calendar for opportunities in your District, as there are not to be missed events coming up in Fort Myers, Miami and around Florida.

See you soon!

Randy Krise, CCIM

2015 President

CCIM Florida Chapter
