October's 3rd Annual Mid-Atlantic Lean Conference was a great success!

Planning has begun for our 2015 event.  Look forward to these conference features:

• Up to 32 presentations on process improvement, leadership, culture, change management and more
• Networking and breakout sessions
• Exhibits, displays, books and videos

The MWCC's flagship training program, the Lean Facilitator Certification Program, opens its eighth class year in January of 2015.

Over 150 LFCP graduates have learned lean techniques, built their change leadership skills, and today are delivering enormous value for their companies. Participants meet once a month for 3-4 days in an intensive 5-month immersion in front-line lean leadership.  The curriculum is aligned to support the AME/ASQ/SME/Shingo Institute national lean certification standard, and includes a national certification testing option.
