Why Use Dry Ice to Clean?

Motor Before and After - Utilizing Dry Ice
Dry Ice Blasting, also referred to as CO2 Blasting, is  the preferred method for a variety of industrial cleaning applications.

Dry ice blasting is used most often in and around electrical equipment due to it's non-conductive nature. It effortlessly removes grease, oil and carbon deposits. The dry ice dissipates immediately upon impact, without damaging the substrate.

Equipment can be cleaned in-place without expensive assembly and disassembly.  PSI's Dry ice blasting method is non-toxic, non-abrasive, and uses no secondary solvents, making it environmentally friendly while delivering substantial savings as it eliminates waste and disposal costs.

This eco-friendly process has been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

The benefits of dry ice cleaning make it ideal in a wide array of industries and the applications are limitless. Check out some of our finest work.
