Developing and managing the future of apartment living
January 2015
Dear FJG Family,
At The Franklin Johnston Group, teamwork is critical to our success. Aristotle, one of the best philosophers of all time believed, "The whole is greater than the sum of it's parts." We take great pride in consistently executing the importance of this powerful quote. Our teams work effectively across our organization because of their pledge to team building efforts. Each month our members participate in group activities that develop trust. We strive to accomplish our goals because we work as a dynamic system, which further exemplifies our commitment to one of our core values, "teamwork."
Sincerely,

Taylor Franklin

Waterford Pointe: Full Renovation Completed
Waterford Pointe in Hampton, Virginia started a full renovation in September of 2013. Community Manager, Seneca Lynn and her team accepted a challenging task with their goal to reach 100% occupancy by December 31, 2014.
Using their creativity and marketing skills, they were able to get the last prospect approved and move in on New Year's Eve. Renovation is always challenging, but it was worth all the extra effort put forth from the entire staff. Seneca Lynn thanks all her colleagues, Priscilla Melvin (Assistant Manager), Robert Overton (Maintenance Supervisor) and Joseph Liggins (Assistant Maintenance) for the hard work and dedication that was needed to reach their goal.
