[millionday] A delivery of crude oil from Iraqi Kurdistan has arrived at the Croatian Adriatic port of Omisalj, Croatia's Jutarnji List daily late on Saturday.

"A tanker with 80,000 cubic meters of crude oil has arrived at the Omisalj terminal and it should be unloaded on Sunday", the Jutarnji List daily reported on its website,

citing a source from the state-owned oil transport operator Janaf. Janaf was not available for an immediate comment.

Tlar: They Are Re-Writing The Budget

Tlar Comment - they are literately having to re-write the budget to remove the waste and graft and fat that Maliki and his cronies had built into it.

In re-writing it they will see what it really takes to run this country with less Ministries and without Maliki's cronies and family planning to steal a lot of the money by building it into their individual ministry budgets.

It will be interesting to see what the real number is even though they will be playing catchup for a while, and how much it drops.

ONCE AGAIN HERE WE ARE ON A SATURDAY BUT THIS WEEKEND THE NEWS IS VERY GOOD.

THINGS ARE MOVING IN THE CABINET VERY FAST, ONCE AGAIN I STRESS TO YOU THAT MALIKI IS ALIVE AND WELL AND WORKING IN THE GOVERNMENT. IT IS NOTE WORTHY THAT HE HAS THE LEGITIMATE RIGHT TO ASSUME AS A POLITICIAN ANY GOVERNMENT POSITION HE CHOOSES. SO FAR HE IS SAYING HE DOES NOT WISH ANY POSITION OF SOVEREIGNTY.

WE SAW A LARGE ARTICLE ABOUT CURRENCY THIS MORNING, THEN AND NOW, THAT WAS EXCITING. WE SAW THEM DESCRIBE THE LOWER DENOMS. SIDE NOTE, THE PICTURE IN THE ARTICLE IS CURRENCY FROM 1973 THEY ARE NOT THE PICS OF LOWER DENOMS.

KURDISTAN IS RECEIVING HELP FROM MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN COUNCIL AND UNFORTUNATELY THE MILITARY OF IRAQ IS DOING PRECIOUS LITTLE TO HELP WITH THE SITUATION, HOPEFULLY THEY WILL ENGAGE AFTER THE SEATING OF THE GOVERNMENT WHEN THEY HAVE A CLEAR PICTURE OF WHO THEY ARE FOLLOWING. SIDE NOTE MALIKI IS THE MINISTER OF DEFENSE REMEMBER?

SO THAT SUMS UP ANOTHER GOOD DAY AND IF ANYTHING ELSE HAPPENS WITH THE GOVERNMENT YOU WILL GET IT HERE FIRST.

Tlar Comment - I think what is happening is that as part of an agreement to not prosecute him for a period, the new government wants Maliki to stay at least until the Ministries are formed all for show of a peaceful transfer of power.

Maliki looks like a parrot repeating the same sentence now every time they shove a microphone in his face. "I support Abadi and ask everyone to support the new government."

This reminds me of a company I had to take over because we had caught the person my partner and I had set up to run it stealing. I went in to remove him and run the company temporarily until we could find another guy.

We made a deal with the thief for him to stay for 5 days to make it appear as much as possible to the people in the company that it was a smooth transition. He had hired a lot of them and there was an element of loyalty to him that had to be passed on.

Mike: I just can't see Maliki staying in Iraq, there's too many people that literally want to kill him, and he won't have the same security that he enjoys today.

The news is also full of articles that indicate he's going to have tons of lawsuits against him as well. Without his control of the judiciary, life is going to get pretty rough if he stays in Iraq.

It looks like Abadi has begun the process of picking his cabinet, I believe the only issues with that are going to be Defense and Interior positions, the rest should be dealt with quickly. Here's hoping that they form the GOI quickly.

Just a quick heads up about what we are seeing thus far

It all looks and sounds good....especially about the formation of the new government

Abadi appears to be looking for input from others....Monday/Tuesday look to be very promising days

Other blocs are coming forward in support of him and his efforts to form the new government

Meanwhile the ISIS forces up north keep getting pounded....and I suspect some very quiet Special Force efforts that so often go unnoticed....are putting ISIS members on notice...special notice....you haven't paid your rent....off you go
