(Sacramento, CA. - October 13, 2014)  CAWA - Representing the Automotive Parts Industry, will welcome John Passante as their 2014 Annual Dinner Meeting keynote speaker Sunday night, November 2nd, at the Paris Hotel as a "kick-off" to Industry Week in Las Vegas, NV. His keynote is entitled: "The Power of the Human Side of Today's Automotive Aftermarket". 

Author of "The Human Side, Human Touch Leadership in a High Tech World", Mr. Passante will stress to the CAWA members and friends in attendance that: their employees are their secret weapon; their employees are indeed their brand and reputation; and the employees give their companies credibility. He will go on to say that "better trained and motivated employees equals more profit and that the employees will sell the company's value proposition". 

The Association will also install their 2015 officers of the Board of Directors. Ward Myers of WorldPac as Chair of the Board; Greg Livingston of All Trade Tools as Vice Chair; Michael Antonelli of Vantage Marketing Global, Inc. as Treasurer; Jack Gosnell of Next Level Parts, Inc. as Secretary and Ron Aparicio of Motul USA, Inc. as Immediate Past Chair.
 

All proceeds from the annual dinner, which is sponsored (once again this year) by Motorcar Parts of America, will go to the CAWA Scholarship Fund.
