The Chicago History Museum's Second Annual Hot Dog Fest drew 13,000 (!) people to the Lincoln Park neighborhood and the LPCC and Clark Street in Lincoln Park teams were happy to be a part of the celebration as we promoted the neighborhood to festival attendees. Final Lincoln Centre Meeting
Baker Development Corporation will be presenting its final design plans for Lincoln Centre to the Wrightwood Neighbors Association and the Lincoln Park community. Lincoln Centre is an important development proposal that will drive Lincoln Avenue's economy. This mixed-use project in the 2500 block of N. Lincoln will include approximately 200 luxury residential units, 16,000 square feet of Class A commercial space and 200 parking spaces in a secure parking facility while contributing to improvements at the iconic Apollo Theatre.
