I am suspecting this is the World Bank Group that is offering help to Iraq with service projects of varying types, initially they will be assisting with agricultural interests and water projects....projects that can help provide safe water for Iraqis to drink....as we've said before Iraq has an abundance of water but it requires processes to make it usable.

KJWayne    So here we are on the first day following the outer most deadline of Feb 15th to post the newly ratified 2015 budget in the gazette. They are already a day late but they have a good excuse. What will this week bring us? How many more days d they intend to stall?

 You all know what comes next. They must fund this budget of 119 trillion dinars. I have to tell you there is  not enough dinars in scirculation today to cover this budget amount and they know this. 

So where will they get this much needed dinar with a rate of 1166? They have huge stockpiles of the lower denominations but currently they too are valued at the 1166 rate.

JMO, This turned a light on for me. No Iam not a Mtn Goat person either. THIS MAKES SENCE!  The money supply is down IN IRAQ except for the new nom's that we keep hearing about. CBI simply releases the lower denom's at the new RATE and BAM they have enough bills to cover the budget total. 

No cash flow problem . The Kurds win, Iraq wins and guess what , WE WIN!  THIS WEEK OR NEXT SHOULD TELL US A WHOLE LOT ABOUT THEIR PLAN AND FUTURE PLANS.

February 15, 2015   An official source in the Iraqi Central Bank to monitor student movement of the dollar and put controls on foreign exchange companies and check receipts and money transfer. 

He called on the Iraqi government not interfering with the central bank, adding that the main causes of decline of the dinar is the use of the dollar import process, so the need for it is greater than the Iraqi dinar, therefore, the money supply of the dollar is strong, stressing that Iraqis are forced to use the dollar foreign transactions, so a large demand on the dollar compared to JD.
