About the Speaker:  Ana-Christina

Ana-Christina is a Colorado-based self-help motivational speaker, author, and legacy coach.  Coming from an unlikely background of a 20-year construction management degree, she has presented to thousands of people as she focuses on providing concrete, tangible tools to boost resilience.  She focuses on awareness, simple strategies, and low-cost / high-value ways to make changes to improve work/life balance, and teaching highly memorable ways to improve communication and reduce conflict.
