Gentle yoga & breath techniques to help discharge deep long-held tension. Jennica is full of information and explains the role of the psoas muscle and how it reacts to tension and stress. In this workshop you will learn techniques to let go of chronic tension and also release the psoas.

We've had Jennica here before and this was a fascinating offering.

This uninterrupted lineage of Yantra Yoga is a fundamental method to integrate the profound essence of the Dzogchen Teaching in the three doors (body, voice and mind) of the practitioner.

In this course we will introduce the Nine Purification Breathings and two

of the three preliminary series: 1) tsijong (loosening the joints) and

2) lunsang (purification of the prana) AKA the 8 movements.

People will go home with a simple method of breathing and movement

that creates deep relaxation and harmony in daily life.
