Geriatrics 20/20: Bringing Current Issues into Perspective

We welcome clinicians, nurses, health professionals, community members, educators, researchers, and students working in all sectors of health care to gather and share their experiences and knowledge around emerging hot topics related to senior care.

This conference will focus on frailty, cognition and poverty.

Frailty: Key issues around frail older adults and preventive strategies will be explored in this presentation.

Cognition: These workshops will focus on stigma and interventions related to delirium, dementia and depression.

Poverty: A panel of experts will discuss and present diverse population perspectives and changes in poverty within Ontario
