Jr. Leadership Otero

Congratulations to the eighteen young men and women chosen to be "Jr. Leaders" in our inaugural - Jr. Leadership Otero Program!  These young men and women are in for an amazing school year filled with opportunities and information that we hope will be both educational and inspiring.  The goal of the program is to expose our young folks to all aspects of leadership and industry so that they can decide for themselves what future leaders they will be.  None of this could have been possible without the kindness and generosity of our local sponsors!  Businesses and organizations from throughout Otero county came together to help support this awesome program and ensure its success for years to come.  Thank you.
