Visual Management provides a quick and effective method of evaluating the status of any process.  This knowledge allows management to attain the desired outcome and eliminate bottlenecks through employee engagement.  

At this session Jim Mullen from NOSCO will share ideas on the many ways you can use Visual Management techniques throughout your facility. Jim covered this subject as a featured speaker at last year's PIA Continuous Improvement Conference.

Jim Mullen is the Production Planning Manager and Lean Implementation Manager responsible for the overall planning at NOSCO's Carrollton (TX) facility. He is also responsible for the development of Lean Manufacturing projects and programs. 

 

He has over 25 years of experience in the printing industry between H.S. Crocker and NOSCO.  He has held various positions ranging from customer service and plant management to his current Planning/Lean role.
