On Wednesday 7 January 2015, Dr. T. Kevin Swift, Chief Economist at the American Chemistry Council (ACC), will share his expert outlook for the major economic trends that will shape the continuing recovery for the North American chemical industry.  You are cordially invited to attend this important CM&E Luncheon and Live Webcast.  Dr. Swift has presented at  CM&E meetings in the past, and we are looking forward to having Dr. Swift join us again in NYC to share his updated views on what the chemical industry can expect in 2015 and beyond.

Speaker

Dr. T. Kevin Swift is the Chief Economist at the American Chemistry Council (ACC) in Arlington, VA where he is responsible for economic and other analyses dealing with markets, raw materials, trade, tax, energy, and competition, and innovation as well as monitoring business conditions and identifying emerging trends for the domestic and global chemical sector.

Prior to joining the ACC, Dr. Swift held executive and senior level positions at several market research companies and started his career at Dow Chemical USA.  Dr. Swift is a member of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE), the National Economists Club, and the Harvard Industrial Economists Discussion Group.

He received a doctorate in business administration from Anglia Polytechnic University. He also holds a BA degree from Ashland University and his MA degree in economics from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Swift is an adjunct professor of business economics for the MBA program at the University of Mary Washington.
