All student athletes and coaches are invited to attend our Fall Sports Mass this Saturday, September 13 at 5:00 Mass. Wear your team uniform or jersey, sit in the reserved pews at the front of church, and receive a special blessing at Mass.

 Child Protection Training It is time for all volunteers to renew their Child Protection Training with the Diocese of Belleville. |
 Youth Group As we discussed at our last Youth Group meeting, we will have an additional meeting which will occur on the 3rd Sunday of the month, which will be geared for either the Jr group (6th-8th grade) or the Senior group (9th-12th grade). It will flip flop from month to month, (Jr group one month, then Sr group next month)This will allow us to have an opportunity to discuss ideas and do projects in a smaller setting. The first of these meetings will be for the Jr. Youth Group (6th-8th grade) Date: Sunday Sept 21st Time: 6-8:00 p.m. Place: The Donatos house- 1428 Lebanon Avenue, Belleville IL Snacks and drinks will be provided We will be watching the movie Bully, then follow up with discussion on how we can help to identify bullying, and ways to help be a friend to those who may be in this situation.  Bully is a 2011 documentary film about bullying in U.S. schools. Directed by Lee Hirsch, the film follows the lives of five students who face bullying on a daily basis. Bully premiered at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival. PG 13 Please email me, or call 444-6045 by September 18th if your child would like to attend.  Chess Team The first meetings of St. Teresa's Mighty Pawns Chess Team for the 2014-2015 School Year will be on Thursdays, September 11, 18 & 25! Students from 1st Grade through 8th Grade are welcome to attend, and you do not need to know how to play chess.
