Shenandoah Drones is an "organization that provides a place to share an interest in flying r/c controlled vehicles commonly called drones and (UAS) Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Our group of members covers an area from Winchester south on 81 to Lexington, running the entire length of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. We hold an interest and passion for flying our vehicles and also a responsibility to educate others on the safety of our hobby. We welcome all levels of users from those who are beginners and curious about the many different types of vehicles, to those who were UAV pilots in the military and r/c pilots who have more than 20 years of experience. As a community we will also provide great insight on how to purchase and build great vehicles." Historic Meems Bottom Covered bridge in Mt. Jackson and Shenandoah River Fly-In.
