We will hold our last classes at the current location on Tuesday 12/23/14. We will be making the transition into our new location at 220 Perry Parkway during the last week of this month.

Please stay tuned to our Facebook page for the most updated changes or news regarding our anticipated opening date. Unless we face any unforeseen events with construction, we are planning to have our inaugural class on Thursday 1/1/2015.

Save the Date! We anticipate our grand opening date at the new location to be on Thursday January 1, 2015 at 10am and 12pm. What a way to bring in the new year with a special blessing class at 10am with Diana (Regular Bikram class with music) and 12pm with multiple teachers in one class.

In order to be efficient, you will need to make a reservation online for these 2 classes. If you need assistance making this reservation online, please call us at the studio (301-762-9642). 
Starting Friday 1/2/2015, our regular class times will be:

   Monday - 9:30am, 11:30am, 5:30pm, 7:30pm
   Tuesday - 9:30am, 11:30am (flow), 5:30pm, 7:30pm
   Wednesday - 9:30am, 11:30am, 5:30pm (flow), 7:30pm
   Thursday - 9:30am, 11:30am (flow), 5:30pm, 7:30pm
   Friday - 9:30am, 11:30am, 5:30pm
   Saturday - 8am, 10am (flow), 12pm, 4pm
   Sunday - 8am, 10am, 12pm, 4pm

   20 Sessions (1 year expiration): $300
   Monthly Auto Debit: $125
   6 Months Unlimited: $700
