"Monitoring Irrigation Water Use at Different Scales"

Christopher Neale, director of research at the Robert B. Daugherty Water for Food Institute, will give a talk on irrigation water use as part of the UNL School of Natural Resources geography seminar series. Dr. Neale will describe two applications - one using satellite imagery over a large irrigated area and one using airborne imagery at high resolution in an urban environment. Learn more.

Nebraska Water Center Retreat a Success 
NWC retreat 2014 Thank you to everyone who participated in the Nebraska Water Center's retreat Jan. 23 at UNL's East Union. A group of about 40 University of Nebraska faculty and other stakeholders discussed NWC's mission and role, and brainstormed how it can further enhance water-related research, education and outreach at the University.
