Abstract

•What is propelling the chemical M&A space?
•How are activist investors shaping the future of the industry?
•What trends are key to deal completion?

The current deal pipeline is in excellent shape fueled by large scale portfolio restructurings, which are often triggered by activist investors as in the case of Dow, DuPont and Ashland.

A.T. Kearney’s  Chemicals Executive M&A Report provides a comprehensive review of deal activity levels, key trends and outlooks. The report is based on analysis of all completed deals in the chemicals industry in the period 2001-2013 and an update on 2014 based on survey of executives at leading chemicals companies and investment banks.

Join us on November 6 to hear the unique vision and insights of Oliver Zeranski on the illuminating report on mergers and acquisitions in the chemical space.hat propels the business of advanced materials?
•Why is global functional alignment critical to competitiveness?
•What is the future of advanced material solutions?
