Demerara Sugar 
  
Demerara Washed Raw Cane Sugar is crystallized from the initial pressing of 100% pure cane. Demerara Washed Raw Cane Sugar has a light golden color from the natural molasses left behind after minimal processing. Demerara Washed Raw is a slightly larger crystal than granulated sugar and with a delicate crunchy texture. It is perfect for baking, sweetening your coffee or as a topping on your cereal, fruit or desserts.


Mirin
Mirin, or sweet cooking rice wine, brings out the flavor in Japanese (and many Asian) dishes Add a little to dishes such as teriyaki, sukiyaki, and tempura for a delicious, traditional flavor! Alcohol contents 8% by volume



     
Noble Spring Chevre is a fresh soft goat cheese with a very mild flavor. It is a versatile cheese and gets a lot of use here in our kitchen, whether we simply enjoy it with crackers, include it in an omelet, toss on a salad or enjoy it alone. We use it as a healthy substitute for recipes that require cream cheese, ricotta or sour cream. Our chevre comes is made in Franklin, TN and comes in a 4LB Bag.
Creole Mustard   

Zatarain's Creole Mustard is one of the original products introduced by Emile Zatarain's in the late 1800s. It is a coarse, stone ground mustard with a uniquely vibrant flavor that has earned it a place on many New Orleans table and in many a New Orleans po-boy sandwich.
