Tlar Comment: - Ramadan is almost over and we are in a holding pattern until Thursday as the Iraqi's celebrate the great feast, Eid al Fitr.

This is a 3 day holiday holds the same importance to Muslims as Christmas is to Christians. The NA has been determined to be the biggest block and that argument is over.

In 2010 both the heads of the SOL and Maliki had signed a document to that effect even though they have now called it a forged document.

The end run Maliki tried to do by getting what was his puppet court to say the SOL is now the biggest block, has failed as the courts refused to hear the case telling Maliki they ruled on it in 2010 and that ruling stands.

Unlike the procedures for electing the president of the republic (for which a separate law with elaborate procedures exists) the nomination of the Iraqi prime minister is governed entirely by the Iraqi constitution.

As a result, the selection of the prime minister candidate is arguably the most sensitive and unpredictable stage of the Iraqi government formation process.

[Papajack] Good morning, it doesn't take much discernment to see America is broken, and I don't want to see any of you get taken after we get an RV. There are many opinions floating around in Dinarland so I want to give you my opinion with the hope it helps.

[Papajack] Many are giving advice about taxes and hiring lawyers and money managers but they don't understand the new vs the old. I have the opinion we are going into a whole new system, if not then the bad guys will still control things and will steal your blessing in short order. So lets assume we will be exchanging into the NEW SYSTEM.

[Papajack] First taxes, you were issued a birth certificate in all capital letters making you a corporation and you the trustee and issued a SSN so the Cabal can extort money from you. They then sold your birth certificate as a bond effectively selling you into endentured servitude. Then they force you to pay taxes which go to England and the Vatican not to run the country.

The NEW SYSTEM does away with this. There has never been a tax on a currency revaluation in history. So if the NEW SYSTEM is in effect who are you going to pay a tax to? The IRS is an agent of the FEDERAL RESERVE and under a NEW SYSTEM they go away.

U.S. judge says Kurdish tanker near Texas out of court's jurisdiction

She loves me....she loves me not....she loves me.....well now the very same judge who Tuesday morning issued the confiscation order for the Kurd oil sitting in the Gulf of Mexico south of Galveston.....has basically rescinded her original order, saying the oil is out of the jurisdiction of her court.....bully the captain of this tanker to be in the right spot.

Well this article is full of "mights" and other little innuendos that could bring about false promises and intents.....will Maliki step aside.....my answer to that is simply a NO.....IMO he will go digging and scratching, and screaming from the tops of his lungs....if he is able to scream.....but he will not just simply step down, not on his own accord anyway. Like the lion on the hunt that has once tasted the blood.....Maliki has tasted the "power" and likes what it brings to him.....be wary of this man, all costs be very wary of him.

I am telling you this so everyone knows that the State Law of Coalition (Maliki's Party) has given the National Alliance until the end of the holiday to name their nominee for Prime Minister or they will be named the largest bloc, according to them.

QUOTE: "State of Law bloc is the largest number in the event of the failure of the National Alliance to a final agreement after the holiday on a candidate for prime minister"

Maliki did sign the National Alliance document declaring them as the largest bloc.  QUOTE:   "President of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and a number of leaders of the blocks of the National Alliance and was al-Jaafari read the statement, which was agreed upon The announcement was that the National Alliance is the biggest bloc."

A source close to within a block of Badr Badr bloc, headed by Hadi al-Amiri pulled out of the coalition of state law.

The source said the reason for the withdrawal is due to the insistence of a coalition of state law on their adherence not to provide a substitute for Nuri al-Maliki and in compliance with something good reference, which is now calling for day and night, the change indicated that the number of seats in the national coalition is 65 seats through the two blocs Almnazavitin beneath Liberals won 34 seats, and the citizen with 31 seats, while a coalition of law, which claimed the first place, the number of seats to 95 seats, which includes four parliamentary blocs, including the Badr 22 seat in the law and the Dawa Party, and independents 70 seats.

After Sunni and Kurdish blocs resolved file candidates for the posts of my presidency of the Republic and the deputies during the last two weeks, is still the National Alliance and State of law they attract one another talk on the largest bloc and the consequent right to nominate the next Prime Minister, and parties engaged in ongoing negotiations to end the crisis in the poor conditions in the country and at all levels.

Today, the National Alliance, the State of law coalition candidate acceptable to all the blocks, the block, led by the Islamic Supreme Council, Ammar al-Hakim, Tuesday, that "there are positive signs of crisis and break the National Alliance candidate to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers have not stuck to the outgoing Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, to run for Office."
