Thank you. Those are two words that are most important and appreciated in any language. With Thanksgiving only a week away, there is much to be thankful for. Each and every day I count my own blessings; seven years of marriage to my amazing wife Emily, and my three beautiful children. I'm not only thankful in my personal life, but I am just as grateful for my TFJG family.
Almost two years ago, a handful of people took what was just a dream and turned it into reality. Today, The Franklin Johnston Group manages fifty-six communities, over 10,000 units, and five communities under development thus far.
I'm very appreciative for each and every one of you who have contributed to our success. Without you, The Franklin Johnston Group wouldn't be the company we are today. I would also like to take this time to thank our clients Marlyn Development, Fort Cap Partners, Waverton Associates, and AIG. We are honored to call you not only our clients, but our partners. A Time to Give Thanks
We are very thankful to have been selected to manage FortCap Partner's Multifamily Portfolio. On November 1st, our portfolio grew with the addition of eight new communities. We welcomed 25 new Team Members to join our family!

2014 Virginia Governor's Housing Conference
The Franklin Johnston Group was a proud sponsor at the 2014 Virginia Governor's Housing Conference in Norfolk, Virginia. The conference was filled with plenary sessions that help prepare for today's challenges, tomorrow's opportunities, and the future's creation of healthy communities.
Our very own Director of Compliance, Marie Peace did a wonderful job as a keynote speaker at the event. She educated the group on organization and inspection of files, along with how to earn and maintain a reputation for meeting compliance standards.

HRAC Trick or Trade Show
Our team enjoyed getting into the "spirit" of Halloween at the HRAC Trick or Trade Show in Hampton, Virginia on October 30th, 2014. The event was a real treat for Caroline Forehand, Connie Hill, Larry Ayers, Jessica Bushell, Sarah Southerland, Jenny Hu, Penny Carter, Curtis Miller, Lexie Widener, Liz Edwards, Ashlee Hill, and Sarah McKenzie.
One of the most popular speakers at the event was Toni Blake. She inspires thousands of multifamily apartment industry professionals every year.
