GEARED FOR HEALTH
|
WTHR is teaming up with Indiana Sports Corp and their Geared For Health: Sports Equipment for Kids program to make sure youth in Indiana have the equipment to stay active and fit.
Individuals and businesses can donate new and gently used sports equipment by placing the items in the containers outside the athletic office during school hours.
The winning school who collects the most gear in weight will receive a trophy of their accomplishment and an ice cream social.
Be sure to follow WTHR on Facebook and Twitter (@WTHR13) for updates and the progress of Operation Football and Geared For Health.
