September is a great time of the year for new beginnings*.
"[T]hat old September feeling, left over from school days, of summer passing, vacation nearly done, obligations gathering, books and football in the air ... Another fall, another turned page: there was something of jubilee in that annual autumnal beginning, as if last year's mistakes had been wiped clean by summer." This quote by Wallace Stegner says is all and is from Angle of Repose.
Be sure to join us on Saturday the 20th for our ninth F*R*E*E* Open House. Sample healings from a variety of modalities, be serenaded by Tom Dest, our resident meditation teacher and Sonic Alchemist. Enjoy some healthy snacks and perhaps win a raffle or door prize. Be prepared to be dazzled by the artwork of Kasey Gordon, who is back this month, with more exciting holistically oriented art to sell, like the flower of life painting below.
In case you haven't heard, we are continuing to upgrade the Center and we now have our new carpeting! It looks wonderful! and TCHE is now a stunning Center for Holistic Empowerment! And now we even have our own phone number!

Please make a special note that the Gallery Reading with Rebecca Anne LoCiccero has been postponed. Stay tuned for new dates to be announced. Also, sneak announcement-Dr. Gene Ang will be back at TCHE: Saturday night, April 18 at 7:15 PM to 9:15 PM for an Intro to Quantum Spoon Bending Sunday, April 19 from 10 AM to 6 PM for a full day! Quantum Spoon Bending Intensive and on Monday, April 20, from 9 AM to 5 PM he will be providing individual private healing sessions. Stay tuned for more details. Karin Lewis brings Piloxing Classes to TCHE!
Karin Lewis, Body Coach has begun teaching two great new one-hour long classes on Wednesday at 4:30 and Thursday at 5:30. For just $5.00 per class you can become SLEEK * SEXY * POWERFUL!!!
PILOXING is taught in an interval format: alternating Boxing, Pilates, and Dance inspired moves.
