These powerful stories feature formidable women who turn from tragedy to triumph, and inspire effective advocacy.  Trailers and clips are available for nearly all new titles on our YouTube 2016 Playlist .

New releases include:
  • BRAVE MISS WORLD: a special, new educational edition of the groundbreaking and inspiring film about Linor Abargil, the Miss Universe winner turned advocate for sexual assault survivors.
  • UNAFRAID: VOICES FROM THE CRIME VICTIMS TREATMENT CENTER: gives voice to several rape survivors and unsung feminist heroes in the movement for victims' rights. The film explores the impact of rape,  the invention of the rape kit, and the capacity of ordinary individuals to effect change.
  • DREAMCATCHER: Kim Longinotto's newest film, winner of Best Director award at Sundance, is the compelling and motivational story of the work of Brenda Myers-Powell who helps women and girls out of sex trafficking in Chicago.
  • INDIA'S DAUGHTER: the Peabody Award-winning documentary follows the harrowing journey of a promising medical student whose gang rape and subsequent death sparked a global outry against sexual violence.
This catalog features important and moving stories
