The passage for this Sunday is one that seems very strange to us. It is one about a demon-possessed man who encounters Jesus found in Luke 8:26-39. Even when scripture passages seem strange, the promise God makes to us is that we can learn from them if we will listen to the Spirit as we read. I look forward to opening that story with you as we listen to what God would say.
