The power of volunteers is humbling

Within 48 hours of the tragic shooting in Orlando the American
Red Cross was able to report that due to an unprecedented volunteer
blood donor response the blood needs in relationship to this 
tragedy have already been met.

In Florida, our friends at Hands On Orlando have put together 
resources  as well as 49  local volunteers projects as a way to
honor the 49 victims and focus volunteer power  on 
their city's needs.

There are many ways to respond to a disaster, but the most
important way to give back during or after a crisis  is to respond to 
where the need actually is.
