Young Leaders Wanted!
KCCD's Youth Leadership Academy Program (YLAP) is designed to cultivate young leaders who are interested in civic engagement, public-private partnerships, and being a social justice advocate for the community.
Young leaders will have a unique opportunity to be mentored and trained by KCCD President and CEO Hyepin Im, government officials, and community leaders through a ten-week program to develop a variety of skills enhancing their leadership capabilities.

Research and Data Regarding Community Needs of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community

Financial Literacy/Money Management
Leveraging the Church Power Base for Partnerships
Program Guidelines
Must be between the ages of 16-26
