MILITARY TRANSITION: A FIRST-HAND ACCOUNT 

Translating military job specialties into civilian careers poses unique challenges for many veterans, women veterans in particular. Our own management consultant, Charmaine Smith, has experienced this first hand. Read her story here.

DAI SOLUTIONS FOUNDER NAMED WOMAN OF INFLUENCE

DAI Solutions Founder and CEO Dr. Sherilyne Dougherty has been named a 2016 Woman of Influence by Sarasota's 941CEO magazine. DAI Solutions recently opened an office in the Sara sota/Tampa Bay area to help clients navigate federal contracting, providing end-to-end services that result in contract awards. 
  
DAI Solutions was the lead sponsor for the 941CEO Women of Influence event on June 8. Dr. Dougherty said honoring and bringing together women entrepreneurs presents them with a great opportunity to expand their professional circles and build meaningful relationships within the business community.
 
"We're all interdependent on peers, mentors and supporters who have helped us get to where we are," Sherilyne said. "I want to thank 941CEO magazine for recognizing me and will continue to work to support other women in business to help them advance their careers and success."
