Your Community Bank's eNewsletter                   June 2016
Dear Friends,   open_sign_shop.jpg
Have you heard? We're pleased to announce that our Durango branch-and seventh location-is officially open! This fully operational location is  the first in town to be equipped without traditional teller windows; in its place are walk-up dialog pods. Universal bankers have replaced customary tellers, a concept known as "dialog banking." Staff focus their attention toward the customer, instead of the transaction itself, as the cash-recycling pod processes it.  Read more here. We look forward to serving you at this new location.
Thank you for your business,
Sheila Mathews | President and CEO

New fraud prevention service changes: As part of our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we've improved our alert system for potential fraud. If fraud is suspected, our Fraud Center will contact you in the following ways:
First attempt: When potential fraud is detected, you will receive an automatic email notification, with reply instructions to either confirm or deny a fraudulent transaction.
Second attempt: One minute after the email, you will receive a text alert, with reply instructions to either confirm or deny a fraudulent transaction.
Third attempt: If there is no response received, you will then receive automatic phone calls to either confirm or deny a fraudulent transaction. The call will also give the option of speaking to a fraud analyst.
These messages will never ask for your PIN or account number. The phone number for the Fraud Center is 1.800.417.4592. We recommend adding this number to your phone's contacts list and labeling it "Fraud Center," to avoid missed calls from an unknown number.

ATM downtimes: Our ATMs will be unavailable due to system maintenance during the following dates. We hope to restore use as soon as possible.
