So unless you were seeing all these things in the news, the RV is unlikely because there would not be enough pressure on our president to tell Abadi to release the RV...
I am saying this, because that is what is in the paper right now... the Tariffs at the borders; the Kurds coming to town to get paid; and the Iraqis saying they are going to pay there people by the 15th 16th of June.
So now, we are in a window where we know Iraq wants to do the RV, and the intel matches up: everyone wants to do the RV... it is a matter of, is there enough pressure on our president so that he will not continue telling Abadi not to do this thing. Is the Pressure heavy? YES!

The Central Bank of Iraq, on Sunday, to take a number of corrective decisions to eight community banks, while gave it three months to implement them.

Yada: It is beyond me for people to say we are still in the same position as we were 5 or 7 years ago,,,we were never this close and never had a much accomplished through this weekend,,even the last 6 months has been steady progress,,could we have RV'd as some point? Yes,,but the handlers are creating a financial utopia to correct the currency issues in Iraq and around the world,,,

Yada: Agreed Jsl,,,what do we have? the banks and currency are qualified as international meaning they've met all the requirements to be released,,the banks in the US are on high alert because the Treasury is telling them to be,,the on the ground issues with removing Isis has seen Iraqi flags raised in the most troubled areas,,,IMF/US have approved the loan with Iraq that requires reforms to be in place and ready to go,,

The central bank required banks to deposit 8 amounts in excess of 500 billion dinars
History of edits:: 6.12.2016 13:10 {Baghdad: Euphrates News} committed CBI administration, Sunday 8 banks deposit amounts in excess of 500 billion dinars.
A statement of the bank, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, that "the Iraqi Central Bank management has taken a number of corrective action to the situation of some banks," alluding to the "grace of these banks three months to implement these decisions.
