Meet and Greet with Phil Bryan & Nicola Morgal

Board members Phil Bryan and Nicola Morgal may not be Howard County natives, but the pair have dedicated their careers to enhancing the community through sports and other leisure activities as superintendent of the county's recreation services (Bryan) and superintendent of recreational licensed childcare and community services (Morgal). Bryan, who hails from Clarksburg, West Virginia, is in his fourth year as a board member at The First Tee of Howard County, a natural fit for him after more than 25 years of running golf tournaments that support junior golf programs. Morgal, who is originally from England, has worked for Howard County Recreation and Parks for the past 19 years, and joined our board this year.
