The central bank required banks to deposit 8 amounts in excess of 500 billion dinars
History of edits:: 6.12.2016 13:10 {Baghdad: Euphrates News} committed CBI administration, Sunday 8 banks deposit amounts in excess of 500 billion dinars.
A statement of the bank, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, that "the Iraqi Central Bank management has taken a number of corrective action to the situation of some banks," alluding to the "grace of these banks three months to implement these decisions.

The answer is: it can't. That is why the super high rates are only available for 6 days.
What you don't realize is that the final rate for all currencies will be the actual, appropriate, calculated, internationally accepted rates. I think that everyone can agree that these rates "Make Sense." After all, that is the whole argument, is it not?
