T here is Marching Band Practice THIS Wednesday, September 23rd After School (Early Dismissal) 
from 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm

Leavenworth Trip  Information
Saturday, September 26th 

The Ballard Marching Band will be performing and marching this year at the Washington State Autumn Leaf Festival Grand Parade in Leavenworth.

The Grand Parade begins at noon and travels from the intersection of 
US Highway Two and 9th Street down to the Chumstick Highway turning 
right onto Front Street and continues to Front Street past the Festhalle 
and then through the heart of downtown. It continues on Front Street 
back onto Hwy 2 and ending on Ski Hill Drive.

 
Itinerary

7:00 am Call Time - Meet at Ballard to load buses
  
7:30 am - Leave for Leavenworth

10:30 am - Pre-Parade Inspection

12:00 pm - Autumn Leaf Festival Parade Begins

1:30 pm - Estimated Parade Finish/
Change Out of Uniforms/Load Equipment onto buses

2:00 - 4:00 pm - Lunch and Free Time in Leavenworth

4:00 pm - Leave for Seattle

6:30 pm - Planned Arrival at BHS


Please Note:  Students all need to wear their  Black Band T-Shirt & black socks!

Students may eat breakfast prior to leaving Seattle or 
they may  bring food to eat on the bus. 

 Students should also bring a lunch or lunch money for Leavenworth. 
There will be free time after the parade for students to grab lunch 
and enjoy Leavenworth before heading back.  

Permission slips for the trip to Leavenworth are  due by Wed 
and were  distributed in class this week - if you have 
not recieved  one you can download it here.
